How it works · done-for-you
To add a chatbot to your real estate website, you don’t build anything — we do. Over seven days we run discovery, write your script, connect your listings and CRM, test it, then launch it with a single line of code. Your total time is about one hour.
The 7-day build
No black box. Here is exactly what happens each day, what we hand over at each stage, and the small handful of moments we need something from you.
A thirty-minute call on your market, your listings, your CRM, and the questions buyers ask you over and over. We come away knowing exactly what the assistant needs to say and do.
You: about 30 minutes on a call.
We write the conversation for your market — the greeting, the qualification flow, the objection handling, and the answers to every routine question. This is where a bot that books viewings is separated from one that annoys people.
You: review a draft, tell us what sounds off.
We connect your inventory — IDX feed, MLS export, kvCORE, or a crawl of your own site — so it answers with real properties. Then we wire the qualified-lead handoff into your CRM and calendar.
You: grant access to your feed and CRM. About 15 minutes.
The assistant is assembled and tested against real enquiry patterns — the vague ones, the specific ones, the ones trying to make it break Fair Housing rules. We fix what the tests surface before a single buyer sees it.
You: nothing. This part is ours.
One line of code goes on your site and it is live. You get a simple dashboard to read transcripts and leads, and a walkthrough so you know exactly what you are looking at.
You: paste one line of code, or send it to your web person.
After launch, we read the real transcripts each month — where buyers hesitated, where it could have qualified harder — and sharpen the script. The assistant gets better the longer it runs. This is what the monthly fee pays for.
Your part vs ours
Most “AI tools” hand you the work and call it a feature. This is a service — the build is genuinely ours.
What seven days assumes
“Live in seven days” is the normal case, not a guarantee. These are the things that move the date, and we’ll flag any of them on the first call rather than after you’ve paid.
Questions
If your setup is unusual, ask on the call — we’ll tell you honestly whether seven days is realistic for you.
You don’t build it — we do. You book a call, we run a seven-day process: discovery on day one, script and listing connection through the middle of the week, testing, then launch on day seven when a single line of code goes on your site. Total time on your side is about an hour.
Seven days from the discovery call, in most cases. A simple website-only assistant can be faster; a build with an awkward listing feed or an unusual CRM can take a few days longer, and we tell you which on the first call.
About an hour, total. Thirty minutes on the discovery call, fifteen to grant access to your listing feed and CRM, and a short review of the draft script. The build itself is entirely ours.
No. Going live is one line of code, which we give you — most people paste it themselves in a couple of minutes, or forward it to whoever manages their site. If your site is on kvCORE, Placester, WordPress or Squarespace, we’ve done it before.
We connect it to your live inventory rather than “training” it on a fixed snapshot. It reads your IDX feed, MLS export or website listings directly, so when a price changes or a home sells, its answers change too — no retraining, no stale data.
We manage it. Every month we read the real transcripts, see where buyers got confused or where it could have qualified harder, and tune the script. That ongoing tuning is what the monthly fee covers — the assistant gets sharper, not staler.
Book the discovery call. Seven days later it’s answering your buyers — or we tell you on day one if your setup needs longer.
