Services · done-for-you & managed

Four services, one assistant that does them all.

A real estate chatbot service is a done-for-you assistant that generates leads, qualifies them, connects your listings and CRM, and automates repeat enquiries. We design, build and manage all four, so your website captures, filters and books buyers while you sell.

The whole funnel, on one page

Each service fixes a different place a lead dies.

A chatbot isn’t one feature — it’s four jobs, each guarding a different leak in your funnel. Here is exactly which stage each one fixes, what breaks the moment it’s missing, and where it hands the lead off next.

Service Funnel stage it fixes What breaks without it Where it hands off
Lead generation Top of funnel — capture After-hours and weekend enquiries go cold; the first agent to reply wins the buyer, and it isn’t you. Passes a captured, contactable lead straight into qualification.
Lead qualification Middle of funnel — filtering Agents burn evenings on tyre-kickers while genuinely ready buyers wait in the same undifferentiated pile. Hands a scored, ready buyer to a calendar booking and the CRM.
CRM & IDX integration The plumbing — handoff Generic “an agent will contact you” replies, and qualified leads stranded inside the bot instead of in your pipeline. Delivers the lead into Follow Up Boss, kvCORE or HubSpot with the full transcript.
Inquiry automation Response time — support load You re-answer the same handful of questions forever, and slow replies quietly cost you the enquiries you never see. Escalates only the genuine exceptions to a human, with context attached.

Read top to bottom, the four services are a relay: generation catches the lead, qualification scores it, integration routes it into your pipeline, and automation keeps the response instant along the way. Remove any one link and the lead falls out of the funnel at that exact point.

The four services

What each one does, in plain terms.

You don’t buy these à la carte — they ship as one connected assistant, bundled into tiers by team size. But each does a distinct job, so here’s what each one is actually for.

Lead generation

Engages 100% of visitors within two seconds and captures the ones a contact form loses — before a competitor replies.

How Lead generation works

Lead qualification

A seven-question script that establishes budget, area, timeline, financing and whether they already have an agent.

How Lead qualification works

CRM & IDX integration

Connects your listings (IDX / MLS / kvCORE) so answers use real properties, then pushes qualified leads to your CRM.

How CRM & IDX integration works

Inquiry automation

Answers the repeat questions instantly — opening hours, fees, process, “is this one still available?” — day or night.

How Inquiry automation works

What a chatbot service is — and isn’t

It captures, qualifies and books. It doesn’t close.

Every one of these services makes your existing traffic work harder. None of them invents traffic, and none of them replaces the relationship work that actually wins a deal. If we’re not honest about that, we’re selling you the wrong thing.

  • It doesn’t close deals. It captures, qualifies and books viewings. The negotiation, the trust, the follow-through — that’s you. The bot just makes sure the right buyers reach you fast enough to close.
  • It doesn’t replace an agent’s relationship work. It handles the instant, repetitive front end so you spend your evenings on ready buyers, not on filtering. It is a first responder, not a substitute for you.
  • It needs real traffic to work. Under roughly 200 site visitors a month there isn’t enough for any of these services to earn their keep. We’ll tell you to fix traffic first, for free.
  • It needs real listings and a process. Connect nothing and you’re paying for a generic bot that says “an agent will contact you” — exactly the kind buyers ignore. The value is in your real inventory and script.

Questions

About the services.

If you’re not sure which of the four you actually need, that’s the first thing we work out on the call.

What’s included in a real estate chatbot service?

Four things, done for you and then managed: lead generation that engages every visitor, qualification that scores them on budget, area, timeline and financing, CRM & IDX integration that connects your real listings and pushes leads into your pipeline, and inquiry automation that answers the repeat questions instantly. You get the design, the build, the connections and the monthly tuning — not a login and a blank flow-builder.

Do you build the chatbot, or just hand me software?

We build it. This is a done-for-you service, not a self-serve tool. We write the script for your market, connect your listings and CRM, test it against real enquiry patterns, and put it live with one line of code. You are not the one assembling flows on a weekend — that’s the part that makes most DIY bots fail, and it’s the part we do for you.

Is it managed for me, or do I run it myself?

Managed. After launch we read the real transcripts every month, see where buyers hesitated or where it could have qualified harder, and sharpen the script. The assistant gets better the longer it runs rather than staler. That ongoing tuning is exactly what the monthly fee on the pricing page covers.

Which service do most clients start with?

Nearly everyone starts with lead generation and qualification together — capture is worthless if you don’t filter what you catch, and filtering is worthless if nothing’s captured. CRM & IDX integration is what turns that from a lead-magnet into a pipeline, so teams add it next. Inquiry automation tends to come along for free because the same assistant already answers the questions.

What does a real estate chatbot service cost?

A one-time build of $750–$2,500 depending on scope, then $250–$500 per month for hosting, monitoring and tuning. The four services aren’t billed separately — they’re bundled into tiers by team size. The full price bands, and an honest comparison against DIY widgets and ISAs, are on the pricing page.

How long does it take to launch all of this?

Seven days from the discovery call, in most cases, with about an hour of your time. Discovery on day one, script and listing connection through the middle of the week, testing, then launch on day seven. The stage-by-stage breakdown is on how it works.
